Description

The Epic Service Excellence Foundational Training is designed to provide you with everything you need to deliver outstanding, client-centered service every day.

About the training

Through this training, you'll gain the knowledge, skills, and mindset required to truly make a difference in the way we serve our community. This training is divided in two parts:

Part 1: Building a strong foundation for service excellence

This first part introduces the fundamental principles of service excellence at uOttawa, setting the stage for a client-first mindset. You’ll explore key strategies and practical tools for delivering exceptional client experiences while reinforcing uOttawa’s commitment to a service-first culture. By the end of Part 1, you’ll be equipped to integrate these principles into your daily work, contributing to a university-wide culture of excellence.

Part 2: Supercharging the client experience

Let's dive deeper into service excellence with real-world scenarios and advanced techniques to elevate your client interactions. This part challenges you to think creatively, act proactively, and personalize your approach, ensuring that every client experience is not just effective, but loyalty-building. You’ll leave this session ready to refine your service delivery and consistently exceed client expectations.

By the end of the session, you will have acquired the skills needed to become service experts at uOttawa, fostering a truly client-centric culture.

Pre-training material will be sent to your attention before your session.

To cancel your participation in a session, please send an email to polaris@uOttawa.ca.
