English workshop will be on Zoom - French workshop offered in the Winter 2022 Semester / Atelier français sera offert à l'hiver 2022

ENGLISH WORKSHOP
Each week participants will be guided in the practices of breathing, walking, body-scan and self-compassion meditations as well as exercises for mindfulness of eating, speaking and thinking. Participants will be given homework and encouraged to develop a daily 20-minute meditation practice to strengthen a habit of stopping and resting.
