Renata sits on the executive committee of the student government and she is hard of hearing. Kelly, a student volunteer, attends the bi-weekly committee meetings to take notes, clarify key points and provide general support for Renata’s participation in the meetings.
This week, the committee needs to hold a portion of its meeting in-camera to deal with a sensitive non-academic discipline issue.
