Discover your TRIMA social styles

N.B.: This workshop includes two parts.

• Prior to the workshop
You'll have to complete the TRIMA questionnaire online. You will receive an email invitation two to four weeks prior to the workshop with the required information to access the TRIMA questionnaire. 

• During the workshop
You will increase your personal and professional self-knowledge using the TRIMA social styles: Tradition – Reflection – Imagination – Mediation - Action. Practical exercises will help you better understand your preferences in order to deepen your self-knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to identify areas for development.
