Writing of Performance Objectives
60-minute workshop led by Andrée-Anne Maranda (Human Resources).
How to best help your employees (as well as students) formulate SMART objectives.
The support staff you work with must set performance objectives. In this workshop, you You’ll learn to develop SMART goals, goals that are specific, measurable, attainable/achievable, relevant and time-bound. You’ll also learn how to support your employees so that they clearly define the competencies required to perform their job functions and to help them create a development plan linked to their work obligations and professional goals.
