During this session, we will focus on ways to embody leadership in ways to know individuals teams members to create optimal team functioning. Resources and tools on themes of engagement and mobilization will be presented.

This is a virtual training workshop.
An invitation will be sent to the participants that are already registered.
It is strictly forbidden to record the session to preserve confidentiality of matters shared between the participants and the facilitator.
