Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt 

Exercises in the workshop are adapted to our university environment and will allow you to experiment with the methods, the approaches and the tools used in larger commercial organizations for customer service and operations effectiveness. After your Yellow Belt certification, you will be able to apply Lean Six Sigma principles to all your projects at UOttawa.

Participants must have decision-making power within their team.
