Consciousness and Self-Transformation

This two-day pilot workshop entitled Insight and Self-transformation follows up on its prerequisite, Foundations of Transformational Leadership, and will be offered by the CODL.

At the end of this workshop, as a participant you will be able to...

•   Understand self-transformation from an integral and developmental perspective
•   Describe the link between effective leadership and the latter stages of the development of consciousness
•   Explore and understand the three dimensions of self: ego, essence, and unique self 
•   Deeply reflect on your life mission and your greatest potential
•   Explore your internal resistance to change through the lens of immunity to change
•   Develop the four capacities of a conscious leader: opening of the spirit, of the mind, of the heart and of the will
•   Create transformational practices that will have an impact on your leadership and on your organization
