Procurement of Services Workshop (half-day)

This workshop addresses writing contracts in accordance with Policy 36, adopted in December 2011. The following aspects will be covered during the workshop: contents of the contract and the supporting documents, the review of the most significant clauses, the payment of rendered services and the Web-based tool to help draw up a contract.

Upon reception of the certificate, you will be able, for a year, to draw up contracts between the University and any selected firm for procurement of services. A yearly maintenance workshop will be mandatory to continue to draw up contracts.

Audience: Contract Agents and anyone who prepares or signs professional fee contracts.
