Preparation for the Interim Performance Management Process (for managers)

Description

Description

Performance management and development program

The interim performance management process was developed in 2021, following the discontinuation of Halogen and pending the implementation of the Workday module. The purpose of this interim process is to enable the organization to meet the goals set forth in the Transformation 2030 strategic plan, and to better meet the needs of employees as expressed in the "Staying Connected and Healthy" and "Listening Tour" surveys. All employees are encouraged to complete this interim process for this year's performance management exercise.

As a manager or supervisor, you play a key role in developing your team and achieving the University's vision. This workshop is designed to support you in that role and you will have the opportunity to:

  • Define what an effective performance review process is
  • Review the interim performance review process at uOttawa
  • Prepare for the different dialogues with your team

Review about the interim performance management process and find out to be prepared to have effective dialogues with your team.
