Conflict, in any setting, can be frustrating and uncomfortable : do you try to avoid conflict in the workplace at any cost? Do you think that some conflicts can be constructive?

Conflicts can creep up on you before you know it, with either customers or other employees. That's when you must decide how you want to approach the conflict.

In this participative workshop, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Discover your natural conflict management mode;
  • Work with different modes;
  • Develop the mindset required to handle conflict constructively;
  • Create the team norms allowing your team to have constructive conflicts;

Learning about conflict management and ways to handle them is critical to managing a team: come and improve your conflict management skills

 

NOTE:
This virtual workshop is bilingual.
An invitation will be sent to the participants who are already registered.
You must currently hold a supervisory position to attend this workshop.
