We all live in a world of constant change, at home or at work; each year organizations launch change projects to improve their processes, their organization, their effectiveness, or their employee satisfaction. Did you know that the most commonly cited reason for change project failure is problems with the people side of change? That is why managers have a crucial role to play to ensure change success.
In this participative workshop, you will have the opportunity to:
- Recognize the importance of the human side of change
- Identify the manager’s different roles in the change
- Understand the 7 different change concerns
- Identify where your team is in the spectrum of concern
- Coach your team to help them to get ahead
