Coping with change as an employee

One thing that we have learned in the last year is that change is a constant.  As an employee,  how do I actively participate and experience change to ensure that I meet the demands of my job while maintain a healthy and productive outlook?

In this participative workshop, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Recognize change is the only constant
  • Analyse your own relationship to change
  • Learn how to be better organized and to prioritize demands
  • Learn to communicate your needs to your manager

NOTE:
This workshop will be presented virtually.
An invitation will be sent to the participants who are already registered.
