Learn the best way to ensure that you recruit the strongest candidate for the vacant job in your team! Topics will include recruitment tools, optimum interview, questionnaire design, and composition of interview panels, unconscious biases, and recognition of transferable skills towards high performance.
NOTE:
- This workshop will be presented virtually.
A TEAM invitation will be sent to participants who have already registered.
- A $500 cancellation fee will be charged to the units of pre-registered employees who are absent on the online session without sending a notice of absence to hrlearning@uottawa.ca five (5) business days prior to the start date of the event.
