Learn how you can have impact on organizational performance by participating in the selection process to fill positions. Topics will include your role and responsibilities on the panel, unconscious bias, questions that should be asked or should be never be asked and navigating panel dynamics.

NOTE:

  1. This workshop will be presented virtually.  
    A TEAM invitation will be sent to participants who have already registered.

     
  2. A $500 cancellation fee will be charged to the units of pre-registered employees who are absent on the online session without sending a notice of absence to hrlearning@uottawa.ca five (5) business days prior to the start date of the event.
