How to do yoga at your desk

Managing the difficulties of everyday life can be challenging, but yoga can be one of the many tools you can use to help you cope with stress. This class will focus on ways to help release tension from the body, calm the mind, and become grounded. It will also explore movement, breathing and meditation. For this special class, no yoga mats or exercise clothing are required, and no previous yoga experience is necessary.
This workshop is bilingual, which means French, English or both languages will be used, depending the preference of the participants.Therefore, you must be able to understand and follow instructions in both official languages.
You may ask questions in your language of choice and will be answered in that language.
