We would like to inform you that this training session is currently removed from the list of mandatory training sessions and will not be available in the fall of 2018.
You will learn how to foster excellence in your role as a supervisor.
Note: Before this workshop, you must read the Service Excellence Guidelines (PDF). All activities will be based on them.
You’ll also acquire skills for creating a more supportive environment, one where employees strive for excellence and to meet or exceed the standards of service excellence here at the University of Ottawa.
