Mandatory training on responsibility for the protection of personal health information

This mandatory training is designed to raise awareness among staff who handle personal health information. At the end of this training, you will be able to:

  • Understand what is considered personal health information is, the elements of consent, and who is authorized to collect, use, disclose and dispose this information.
  • Know your general responsibilities and contractual obligations regarding confidentiality of information and the privacy of individuals.
  • Handle requests for access, correction, lockbox and withdrawal of consent.
  • Handle a privacy breach.

HOW TO PROCEED?

    IMPORTANT:
