Managers using a coaching approach have been shown to achieve better results and succeed in maximizing employee engagement.
As the implementation of Workday approaches, with its share of uncertainty and changes, a coaching approach is an effective asset for managers to support and guide their team towards success.
In this informative and participatory workshop, you will have the opportunity to:
- learn when to use a coaching approach;
- discover and practice some essential coaching skills, such as active listening and questioning
- conduct a coaching conversation using the GROW model
Come learn with your peers how to integrate a coaching approach into your management style and help your employees live and implement Workday successfully.
NOTE:
- This workshop will be presented virtually.
- An invitation will be sent to participants who have already registered.
- You must currently be in a management position to attend this workshop.
- A $500 cancellation fee will be charged to the units of pre-registered employees who are absent without notice from the online session without sending a notice of absence (5) business days prior the event.
