Module 1: Building a Culture of Belonging

We all long to belong; but how do we build this experience at work? In this introductory module, we explore what it means to feel a sense of belonging in our workplaces, what it looks like, why it matters, and the foundational components for building it.

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Define the concepts of diversity, inclusion, equity, and belonging;
  • Articulate the benefits of fostering a workplace culture of inclusion and belonging;
  • Identify the key components for building a workplace culture of belonging.

NOTE :

  1. These virtual workshops will be delivered via the Zoom platform.
  2. Three-part training session.   The registration is done with the first module and the participants will receive the registration links for the two remaining modules.
