How to Express and Live Respect at the Faculty of Education - for professors

Description

Description

Training session for employees who hold an academic position within the Faculty of Education | Participants are free to communicate in their preferred language.

Over the past two years, the way we work and interact has changed profoundly. As we enter a new phase, that of returning to campus face-to-face, the time has come to put in place the means and actions to foster a climate of respect and inclusion during our interactions at the Faculty of Education. It is essential to take the time to ask ourselves "how to work together" in this new context; in particular, it seems vital to find a definition and a common way of working about the notion of "respect."

We invite all Faculty of Education employees to participate in a workshop to define common team standards. In all, three workshops for the academic community and three for the administrative community have been organized and will be facilitated by a neutral external facilitator.

Choose the date that works best for you, and add your input! We want to hear from you and include you in this critical reflection.

NOTE:

An invitation will be sent to participants who have already registered.
You must currently hold an academic position within the Faculty of Education to participate in this workshop.
