Une chance d'apprendre les trucs de profs experts  An opportunity to learn from the pros

Cet atelier prendra la forme d'un café mentorat. Après une courte introduction du panel d'expertes, nous tiendrons de rondes de 30 minutes en salles privées durant lesquelles les participants pourront discuter avec 2 ou 3 panélistes. Nous terminerons la séance en revenant en plénière pour partager les meilleures stratégies pour créer un équipe de recherche - comment bâtir l'infrastructure et une équipe du tonnerre.

This workshop will be run as a "mentoring café". After a short panel introduction, we will hold 2 rounds of breakout room of 30 minutes during which the participants will be able to discuss with 2 or 3 panelists. We will close the workshop with a plenary to share the best strategies on creating a research team - how to build an infrastructure and winning team.
