The human side of change - for managers

Description

Description

Training session for managers only

In the last months, we, as individuals and leaders, had to cope with a lot of changes in our personal and professional life. In the following months, more changes will come our way: new ways of working, transformation projects or change of processes. What is our role, how to react to constant change coming our way and how to lead change effectively?

In this participative workshop, you will have the opportunity to:

  • recognize change is the only constant
  • analyse your own relationship to change and define your role in leading change
  • understand how to support and lead your team along the way
  • discover 3 different tools to better manage the human side of change

Come and learn how to be a successful change agent in your organisation.

NOTE:
This workshop will be presented in person.
An invitation will be sent to the participants who are already registered.
You must currently hold a supervisory position to attend this workshop.
