The uOttawa Career Corner will be hosting a virtual talk with CSIS.
In-person Career Fairs will be replaced by Virtual Employer Presentations, via Microsoft Teams in Fall 2020. Each employer has the opportunity to present the same session twice in the same week, at two different times. Please register to the time slot that best suits your schedule.
The event will go as follows:
- Employer presentation (20–30 minutes)
- Question period
You will also have the opportunity to discuss with the employer privately and send them your resume.
Once you are registered, you will receive an email invitation to join the meeting via Microsoft Teams. Please add it to your calendar!

It will look a little different this year, but we are confident that the connections you will make with employers will be just as positive!
Please join CSIS on October 5th at 1:00 pm or on October 7th at 9:30 am!
CSIS is at the forefront of Canada's national security system. Their role is to investigate activities suspected of constituting threats to the security of Canada and to report on these to the Government of Canada. CSIS may also take measures to reduce threats to the security of Canada in accordance with well-defined legal requirements and Ministerial Direction.

This workshop is bilingual, which means French, English or both languages will be used, depending the preference of the participants.
Therefore, you must be able to understand and follow instructions in both official languages.You may ask questions in your language of choice and will be answered in that language.
