Each year, the Recruitment of Policy Leaders program seeks talented and accomplished academics, scientists and professionals. The program offers you a unique opportunity to launch a stimulating and diverse career in the federal public service, and to make a difference in Canadians' lives and in our communities. 

The program is looking to recruit applicants who:

• have a strong record of academic excellence
• are deeply interested in public policy
• have experience that demonstrates leadership and commitment
• are involved in their community
• have a master's or doctoral degree (or are close to completing one), or a law degree along with an undergraduate degree in any other discipline.
