In the context of this workshop, you will be initiated to the Lean Six Sigma methodology. You will be able to apply certain tools to support continuous improvements initiatives.
At the end of this three hour workshop, participants will be able to:
-Understand the continuous improvement philosophy of the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
-Describe the concepts of Lean and Six Sigma from the Lean Six Sigma methodology.
-Name and understand the componants of the DMAIC model.
-Use the mapping tool to observe activities within a business process.
NOTE:
This workshop will be presented virtually.
An invitation will be sent to the participants who are already registered.
