This workshop is for employees who are responsible for processing decentralized purchases for their units. 

Pour prendre part à la formation, vous devez avoir une demande de carte d’achat approuvée à votre dossier. De plus, une demande d’accès au système financier doit avoir été dûment remplie, signée et acheminée au secteur de la gestion des accès des Technologies de l’information.

Les Approvisionnements se réservent le droit d’annuler la formation si le minimum de quatre personnes n’est pas atteint.

Si vous avez des commentaires ou des questions, n’hésitez pas à communiquer avec l’équipe d’appui aux systèmes d’approvisionnements.

N.B. : Il s’agit d’une formation virtuelle. Une invitation MS Teams sera acheminée aux personnes inscrites 24-48 heures avant la séance.

To take part in the workshop, employees must have an approved request for a new PCard on file. They must also have submitted a complete, signed Request for access to the Financial System form to IT – access management prior to attending the workshop.

Procurement Services reserves the right to cancel the workshop if fewer than 4 participants have registered.
