Performance and Development: Self-evaluation

Note: This is a bilingual workshop, so you must be able to understand both official languages. You can ask questions in your preferred language, which the facilitator will answer in the same language.

With this workshop, you will learn to evaluate your competency levels and professional goals. It will allow you to play an active role in the performance evaluation process, develop a strong sense of commitment and provide opportunities for discussions with your supervisor throughout the year. The self-evaluation is a dialogue between you and your supervisor that allows you to contribute in a meaningful way to organizational efficiency.
