Wellness Week 2019
Exercise is Medicine on Campus at uOttawa invites you to an afternoon of exercise and health, including opportunities to get active on the spot! Three keynote speakers will offer knowledge and tips on: exercise for therapy and disease prevention; how exercise relates to stress management and relationships, and; how to build a daily plan for your best health. We will also feature a snapshot of the benefits of yoga with a free guided yoga session!

This workshop is bilingual, which means French, English or both languages will be used, depending the preference of the participants.
Therefore, you must be able to understand and follow instructions in both official languages.You may ask questions in your language of choice and will be answered in that language.
