S'inspirant des dernières recherches en psychologie, neurophysiologie et ergothérapie, cette conférence présente des stratégies simples et peu coûteuses pour cultiver la résilience au quotidien. Celle-ci permet d’être mieux disposé à maintenir un haut niveau d’excellence du service. Des histoires de cas réelles, obtenues de personnes qui ont su transformer leurs traumatismes en occasions de croissance, viennent éclairer le propos.

This workshop will first cover the most recent research on resilience from the fields of psychology, neuroscience and occupational therapy. It will then explore low-cost, accessible and user-friendly strategies for resilience and wellbeing, which are essential to maintaining a high-level of service excellence. Through exercises and real-life stories of individuals who have demonstrated remarkable post-traumatic growth, the workshop will offer simple, concrete tools to make a significant difference in daily life.
