Performance and Development: Writing Good Objectives

Description

Description

This workshop is open to all regular support staff and other staff members with more than one year continuous service.

Note: This is a bilingual workshop, so you must be able to understand both official languages. You can ask questions in your preferred language, which the facilitator will answer in the same language.

In this workshop, you’ll learn to write SMART objectives, so be sure to have in hand a copy of your job description and your faculty or sector’s strategic priorities. These are for your use only.

You’ll develop SMART goals, goals that are specific, measurable, attainable/achievable, relevant and time-bound. You’ll also learn how to clearly define the competencies you require in order to perform your job functions and create a development plan linked to your work obligations and professional goals.

NOTE:
This is a virtual workshop.
An invitation will be sent to the registered participants.
