La gestion des conflits et des discussions difficiles fait partie intégrante de la vie quotidienne. Le défi consiste toujours à faire en sorte que ces échanges assainissent le climat de travail. Cet atelier vous propose d’identifier (à l’aide de l’instrument Thomas-Kilmann, questionnaire bien rodé qui constitue une référence dans le domaine) et d'approfondir votre compréhension de l’approche vers laquelle vous gravitez naturellement. Vous apprendrez aussi à rehausser votre compétence à gérer le conflit en apprenant à profiter d’autres approches possibles afin de pouvoir choisir celle qui convient le mieux aux circonstances afin de désamorcer les conflits tout en rehaussant les rapports interpersonnels.

Un aspect essentiel de la gestion des conflits, c’est comment aborder et guider les fameuses « discussions difficiles », ces moments de grande tension qui peuvent facilement faire empirer une situation conflictuelle lorsqu’on ne s’y prend pas avec tout le doigté nécessaire. Dans un deuxième temps, travaux pratiques à l’appui, cet atelier vous fera donc découvrir des solutions pratiques auxquelles vous pourrez avoir recours selon le type de situation à laquelle vous faites face lorsqu’il faudra aborder un sujet difficile.

Managing conflict and difficult conversations is an integral part of daily life. The challenge is always to ensure that these exchanges don’t taint the climate in the workplace. With the help of the Thomas-Kilmann instrument, a well-tested questionnaire that is the standard in this area, this workshop will lead you to identify and deepen your understanding of your own preferred approach to conflict management. You will also improve your ability to manage conflict by discovering how to take advantage of other possible approaches so as to be able to choose the one that best suits the circumstances, so as to defuse conflicts without sacrificing interpersonal relationships.

One essential part of conflict management is how to approach and steer those famous “difficult conversations”: those moments of high tension that can easily aggravate a conflictual situation when it is not approached with all the necessary skill. In a second phase, using practical exercises, this workshop will therefore lead you to discover some real-world solutions that you can use, depending on the type of situation with which you are confronted when having to broach a challenging conversation.
