Description:
Learn about the requirements for universities under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and become familiar with the accessibility standards for customer service and information and communications. You’ll come away from this workshop being able to create successful strategies for meeting the requirements of current legislation and for creating a more inclusive environment.
