Sécurité d'incendie | Fire Safety

L'atelier offre un aperçu général de la chimie du feu, des risques d'incendie, ainsi qu'une formation pratique à l'utilisation des extincteurs. Les participants auront l'occasion d'expérimenter l'utilisation d'un extincteur à l'aide d'un outil de formation spécialisée, qui permet au participant d'éteindre un feu contrôlé. L'atelier sera présenté en collaboration avec le Service des incendies d'Ottawa.

The workshop provides a general overview of fire chemistry, fire hazards, as well as practical training with fire extinguishers. Participants will have the opportunity to experience the use of a fire extinguisher through the use of a specialized training aid, which allows the particpant to extinguish a controlled fire. The workshop is presented in collaboration with Ottawa Fire Services.
