You’ll learn techniques for effectively managing day-to-day administrative tasks and activities. You’ll better understand the roles and responsibilities of an administrative support position and your immediate supervisor’s expectations. Good interpersonal and communication skills are an important factor in professional success. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to communicate more effectively thereby reducing the potential for conflict.
