Pre-launch: online demos Two online demonstration sessions (one in English and one in French) will be held before the launch, which is planned for September 27. After the demos, users will be able to ask questions about the changes.

To prepare for the launch of the SciQuest tax and US dollars issue fix, which is part of the Procure-to-Pay Reengineering project, Procurement will be hosting refresher training to demonstrate the solution and answer questions from users (designated buyers, requesters, accounts payable – campus).

Pre-launch: online demos

Two online demonstration sessions (one in English and one in French) will be held before the launch, which is planned for September 27. After the demos, users will be able to ask questions about the changes.

Demo dates and times:

  • September 21, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (in French)
  • September 23, 2021, from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. (in English)

We will record these demo sessions and post them in the event’s MS Teams chat window. If you cannot attend either session, we recommend that you still register for the event so that you can watch the recording after the demo. These recordings will also be posted on the SciQuest tax and US dollars issue fix webpage.

Post-launch: online troubleshooting sessions

After the tax issue fix is launched on September 27, we will host two online troubleshooting sessions. These sessions will give you a chance to speak to the Procurement team and your coworkers and to ask questions about the new solution, which you may have already used by then. You may register for one or both sessions.

Online troubleshooting session dates and times:

  • October 12, 2021, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (bilingual)
  • October 13, 2021, from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. (bilingual)

Please note that these sessions will not be recorded.
