Implementing Workday: Managing the human side of change (for managers)

Description

Description

WORKDAY

We all live in a world of constant change, whether at home or at work.

Every year, organizations, like the University of Ottawa, launch new change projects to improve their processes, organization, efficiency or employee satisfaction.

Did you know that the most frequently cited reason for the failure of a change project is a problem related to the human aspect of change?

That's why managers have a crucial role to play in ensuring successful change: this is especially true for the organizational project of implementing Workday today at the university.

In this participatory workshop, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Recognize the importance of the human aspect of change.
  • Identify the different roles of the manager in change
  • Understand the 7 different concerns related to change
  • Identify where your team falls on the spectrum of concerns
  • Coach your team to help them move forward

Come and become an effective change agent in your organization for Workday implementation.
