In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005 (AODA), the University of Ottawa is required to provide training, to all employees, on accessibility standards for client services.

In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act 2005 (AODA), the University of Ottawa is required to provide training, to all employees, on accessibility standards for client services.  This training session gives you the option of using a computer at the Centre for Organizational Development and Learning (TBT012D). This option is perfect for you if you work in an open space area or if you provide front line client service and are unable to isolate yourself during the training.
